Description

Resizing a window on a page with a CarouselView causes the CarouselView sizing, image rendering, and position to glitch inconsistently.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Run recipeSearch repo on rc2
2. Deploy to Windows machine
3. Click on "My Recipes" tab
4. Resize window
5. Observe erratic behavior
