[Enhancement] Discord or Teams to discuss MAUI development

Would love to have an official Discord or Teams setup with appropriate channels to harness increased collaboration and discussion on planning and development of MAUI.

There are lots of simple and quick questions that require answering, it seems pointless to create a GitHub issue for each and every question, and clutter the Issues list.
