Description

Set FlyoutPage.Detail = New Page() twice will crash the application when set FlyoutLayoutBehavior = FlyoutLayoutBehavior.Split

The test Bugzilla41842 is failing because the sample app is crashing.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a new project using

   maui/src/Compatibility/ControlGallery/src/Issues.Shared/Bugzilla41842.cs

   Line 18 in a648f08

   public class Bugzilla41842 : TestFlyoutPage

2. Launch the App on Android.
