Description

Some pictures could not be loaded on some pages Eg:The 'search breakfast recipes' page for Windows & Android.

Note: This bug is not a regression, it can be reproduced in the latest stable release: 8.0.0-preview.7.8842+sha.1869d0fe2-azdo.8167964

Steps to Reproduce

1.Download the project https://github.com/rachelkang/recipeSearch and open it in Visual Studio.
2.Click on the 'Breakfast'.
3.Scroll from top to bottom of screen.

Actual result:
1.Some pictures could not be loaded on the 'search breakfast recipes' page for Windows & Android.
2.Other pages(lunch,dinner,..) have the same problem.
