unable to launch .NET maui project from VSCode after doing all MAUI setup in macos Sonoma 14.6

I'm trying to run MAUI app from the repo. I have all setup done in my local machine as per documentation. I have XCode 15.4 setup installed.

Here is my launchSettings.json:

When I run the app in local in my macos, I keep getting build error as shown below,

Please assist me on what I'm missing.

I fixed it. The smart components preview package is giving the error - <PackageReference Include="SmartComponents.LocalEmbeddings" Version="0.1.0-preview10148" />. Removed and compiled and it worked.
