const on the instance class will throw #537

Adding a:

    public const string MagicNone = " NONE ";

to an "instance" class (ie the class used to feed ML.NET the instances) will throw an ugly exception which is hard to figure out.

I think there is another issue where more careful reflecting of the class is suggested. Can't find it right now though
