Describe the bug

• On which step of the process did you run into an issue: when running MLNET.CLI Test Pass on the latest mlnet.cli version: 16.18.3
• Clear description of the problem: MLNET.CLI Test Pass is running failed.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Find out the latest mlnet.cli version pushed from release pipeline, you can find it in sleet push step.
2. Go to MLNet_Benchmark
3. Create a PR which update MlNetVersion to the latest mlnet.cli version.
4. The PR will trigger a ci build, which will run a full mlnet.cli e2e test pass.
5. You will see the created PR is running failed with error "Bash exited with code '134'".

Expected behavior
The created PR should be running successfully.
