Device listing improvements

There are couple of changes we should do to device listing:

• adapt @Ellerbach changes he made in nano (i.e. using JSON file for categories etc): https://github.com/nanoframework/Samples/tree/main/device-listing
• Devices like https://github.com/dotnet/iot/blob/main/src/devices/Bmxx80/README.md should change titles to explicitly list devices they support - that makes it much easier to find in the device listing
• possibly add some sorting
