Fixes the initial processing of
FSharpReferencedProject.ILModuleReferencewasn't wrapped intocancellable, making it non-cancellable viaCancellable.CheckAndThrow. The similar code processingFSharpReferencedProject.PEReferencewas already wrapped correctly, so it's onlyILModuleReferencethat had this issue. The fix usescancellablecomputation instead of plainnode.
