The manifest.json entries for runtime/10.0/resolute-chiseled-extra referenced Dockerfile.linux instead of Dockerfile.linux.extra, causing the generated Dockerfiles to use the base chiseled runtime-deps image (missing -extra suffix in the FROM tag).
