Recover missing configuration element names

This is a migration issue to our previous CMS system.

PR #1345 is one example of where the content was restored. Searching for "the configuration" (notice the double space between the words the and configuration) brings 106 results in 33 files.

A search for the element and the configuration (note double space) currently turns up about 30 locations that need to be fixed in the XML files.
