Explanation is wrong

The GenericRead and GenericWrite masks in MessageQueueAccessRights contain more options in them that what is documented (for example PeekMessage). The document should reflect the actual flags included in the mask and not only some of them.

I couldn't figure out the best area label to add to this issue. If you have write-permissions please help me learn by adding exactly one area label.

Looks this is in the System.Messaging docs. @DanAvni could you please add the link of the doc you want to fix?

if you look at https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/api/system.messaging.messagequeueaccessrights?view=netframework-4.8.1 , in the table of values you have GenericRead and GenericWrite. They are masks and the doc lists the values in the mask. But the doc does not list all the values in the mask (for example GenericRead = 131115 and if you look on the bits of 131115, the 2nd bit is on (131115 & 2 = 2). 2 is PeekMessage but it is not listed in the GenericRead)
