Pull request overview
This PR updates the Azure .NET package index include files to reflect newly published package versions and adds a newly listed package to the Resource Manager section.
Changes:
- Update Azure.AI.Projects and Azure.AI.Projects.OpenAI entries to 2.0.0-beta.1 (and update corresponding GitHub source links).
- Update Azure.Security.KeyVault.Secrets to 4.9.0.
- Add Azure.ResourceManager.CertificateRegistration 1.0.0-beta.1 and update a few other package versions (for example, Azure.Mcp beta.22, and Azure.ResourceManager.ElasticSan 1.2.0).
