* null-conditional-operators.md: review * Fixed the second example description * Removed unnecessary explanations * Updated the short-circuiting example.
* Fixed some broken links * Fixed additional bad links.
The removed lines were unnecessary leftover code probably from a previous edit, and were causing compilation errors. Also, update FileAccess to ReadWrite as per the description before the code block.
