packages needed for quick example not specified

Description

I am new to Orleans. It would be nice that in a quick example you specify the package needed and that there is a git reference to the code example with a working app makes it a lot easier for new developers with Orleans.

Please add at leased that you need to install the package Microsoft.Orleans.Streaming to make the example work.
