C# Tutorial: Interpolated Strings

This is a new feature in C# 6. It’s Da Bomb! We need to cover it. This should also cover how interpolated strings work in localization and internationalization scenarios.

@mgroves That page does provide the reference information for the feature. We would still like a tutorial that shows different ways to use the feature, and some of the concepts that people new to C# often miss. These would include features like using expressions, or the result of computations in an interpolated string, using format strings in interpolated strings, and so on.

If you want to work on that, just update the comment.
