Confusing introduction to delegates

I did not find this page at all clear. It seemed to introduce concepts in a kind of backwards way, and was difficult to grasp. Most unlike Microsoft C# documentation. Far too many statements seemed to be made of a terse core nature, with assumptions of prior knowledge of some kind that the reader would have. Had to stop reading it as it was not making any sense at all. Whereas previous text from other sources I had read regarding delegates was fine and I had a certain basic clarity regarding them .. until I started reading this stuff....
