Move beta setup instructions from Getting Started to separate page

The Getting Started documentation currently includes setup instructions for beta releases. To improve clarity, remove beta setup details from the main Getting Started guide and move them to a dedicated page for beta setup. Add links to the new beta setup page where appropriate.

This will streamline the main documentation and make onboarding easier for new users, while still providing beta setup information for those who need it.
