Jon, I stumbled on a few occurrences of grammar production names with the old hyphen separators, rather than the new ANTLR-required underscores. So I did a REGEX search of all md files for
\*[a-zA-Z]*-[a-zA-Z]*\*and came up with those occurrences corrected by this PR. One occurrence was also missing delimiting asterisks.
