Ctrl+F5 in Visual Studio doesn't show a console when using DragonFruit

After converting a console app to use DragonFruit, Ctrl+F5 in Visual Studio no longer shows a console.

If the process is interactive, the process will linger and prevent further builds/executions.

Killing it requires finding the right dotnet.exe process, which can be difficult.
