Give a useful error if rendermode endpoints aren't mapped #50311

It's easy to misconfigure render modes. For example, if you're trying to use Server render mode:

You might not have any call to AddServerComponents() in the DI config
Or even if you do, you might not have a call to AddServerRenderMode on the endpoint mapping

Since this is such a common mistake (I think all of us on the team have done it by now), we need this to be easy to diagnose and fix.

Before this PR, the page would render regardless, and then when client-side code tried to start a circuit/wasm-runtime, it would fail in an obscure way because of the server returning 404 for whatever rendermode-specific endpoint happens to be requested first. This made it really hard to understand what was wrong and how to fix it.
After this PR, the server immediately returns a 500 giving a clear message:

Semi-related: a possible way forwards for one of the UseExceptionHandler problems (#50287) might be here. If the error handling middleware leaves some clue that it's responsible for the current endpoint (e.g., if it drops some hint into httpContext.Items) then SSRRenderModeBoundary could simply behave as if there was no rendermode, thereby forcing the entire page to render SSR-only. The client-side code would no longer try to start a circuit/wasm-runtime because there would be no interactive component markers in the page.

That doesn't solve the "need a new DI scope" issue but it solves 50% of the problem at least.

@SteveSandersonMS what if the page was able to say "Disallow interactivity" through an attribute or similar (only at the page level).

That would mean the Error page can apply that attribute and there's no dance needed between the exception handler and Blazor.

Yes that's probably reasonable. Let's do any follow-up about that in #50287

@SteveSandersonMS might be "easier" to add this to pageDefinition.Metadata and that way we don't have to flow an extra parameter though?

It looks like that would be less easy since we'd have to flow the list of configured render modes deeper through PageComponentBuilder and into the PageComponentInfo constructor.

It's internal and doesn't impact any public APIs in any case.

In other rendering modes where there is no HTTP context, no value will be supplied so the property will remain `null`. ### Alternative design considered In #48769 I suggested using `[SupplyParameterFromHttpContext]` but that turns out not to be practical unless we either (a) make `ICascadingValueSupplier` public, or (b) add an IVT from `M.A.Components` to `.Endpoints`. I'm not keen on doing either of the above on a whim. Plus, use of `[CascadingValue]` has advantages: * It's consistent with the existing pattern for authentication state (we have `[CascadingParameter] Task<AuthenticationState> AuthenticationStateTask { get; set; }`). * Longer term, if we add more things like this, it would be nice not to add a separate special attribute for each one when `[CascadingParameter]` is already descriptive enough. Special attributes are needed only when the type of thing being supplied might reasonably clash with something else the application is doing (for example, we do need it for form/query, as they supply arbitrary types). ## Review notes It's best to look at the two commits in this PR completely separately: 1. The first commit fixes an API design problem I discovered while considering how to do this. I realised that when we added `CascadingParameterAttributeBase`, we made a design mistake: * We put the `Name` property on the abstract base class just because `CascadingParameterAttribute`, `SupplyParameterFromQuery`, and `SupplyParameterFromForm` all have a `Name`. * However, in all three cases there, the `Name` has completely different meanings. For `CascadingParameterAttribute`, it's the name associated with `<CascadingValue Name=...>`, whereas for form it's the `Request.Form` entry or fall back on property name, and for query it's the `Request.Query` entry or fall back on property name. In general there's no reason why a `CascadingParameterAttributeBase` subclass should have a `Name` at all (`SupplyParameterFromHttpContext` wasn't going to), and if it does have one, its semantics are specific to it.
