Update install instructions since kvmsetup.cmd was removed in #63

Since the kvmsetup,cmd was removed in #63 this week, can someone update the Getting Started instructions to reference the new kvminstall.ps1? It's not clear if there's anything else to do other than run the kvminstall.ps1 file as referenced in that issue.

I was waiting for a pull request in the kruntime to add instructions about that, I didn't realize the getting started referenced kvmsetup explicitly. Thanks for catching it for me.
