Allow signalr-protocol-msgpack to be use with UMD

Unfortunately we're blocked by a TypeScript bug here: microsoft/TypeScript#20990

We export the code at signalR.protocols.msgpack but TypeScript doesn't have a way for us to express this in the .d.ts file.
