Add support to the QuickGrid paginator for static server rendering

The QuickGrid paginator currently requires interactivity, but we should update it to also work with static server rendering.

I suggest the QuickGrid dokumentation should mention that SSR is currently not supported.

SSR is supported but with limitations. If you want paging you would have to write your own pagination component (which has always been supported).
