ANCM diagnostics strings review

We have a bunch of diagnostics error strings in ANCM. We need to do a spelling and grammar review for all these messages

@shirhatti do we need a meeting to go through these? Or will you be doing this offline?

@jkotalik and I decided not to do this in 2.2. Will check into master
