Add FocusOutAsync method to ElementReference in Blazor .NET 5 server side

It already is FocusAsync method in ElementReference (Blazor .NET 5 server side), but is very missing FocusOutAsync, because for example I need to focus out input element when I press enter on it

The browser doesn't offer a native "focusOut" method. It is not our goal to extend the set of primitives available on ElementReference beyond what HTML provides.

sorry, I had in mind blur() method, so it would be wonderful to have it here in the future

We've moved this issue to the Backlog milestone. This means that it is not going to be worked on for the coming release. Since it's very easy to implement this through JS interop, it's likely we won't need to prioritise this.
