Add ability to view resource details on Console Logs

Sometimes when reviewing errors in console logs, I find the need to cross reference with other resource details - typically Environment Variables holding configuration. This currently requires going back to the resource pane.

It would be really nice if I could open the Resource details pane and have it show inline with Console logs.

I'd like to be able to open the Resource details pane directly on the console log page - achieving something like:

It would also be nice to see the same thing on Metrics and Traces.

This feels like it is useful, but no important. It's the kind of thing we probably won't have the resources to get to. How often do you think this would be useful? You can always open multiple browser windows today.

An issue I see here that would come up in the future is if we support displaying logs for multiple resources at once, e.g. multiple replicas, or just all resources at the same time. There would be one issue to display anymore.

I've found it most useful when onboarding new applications / containers to aspire - particularly during that initial phase when you're trying to get that initial configuration right, or perhaps you're going through a dependency upgrade which needs. So yea, it is not a common scenario, but if you do encounter it, it tends to be when you're getting started with Aspire.

Another option here could be to just make a "View Details" link that takes you to the resources page with the resource details pre-expanded. It's not quite as convenient, but gets most of the value for lower effort, and would better suit views covering multiple resources

I'm happy to have a go at PRing this as long as we're happy with the concept.

I think a link would be ok. We already have the concept of showing resource commands on the console logs page. I think we could rename the text there to "Resource actions" and one of the options in the menu displayed by clicking ... would be to view the resource.

For now just add it to the console logs page. I don't want to add it to every page because it adds to visual clutter.
