Looks like this is because the YAML has this:

    pool:
      name: $(DncEngInternalBuildPool)
      os: windows
      hostArchitecture: amd64
      demands:
      - ImageOverride -equals build.azurelinux.3.amd64

So it asks for windows + a AL3 image.

I can see it does not discover the jobs appropriately. I guess there's more problems when running the monitor job internally.

So the internal jobs are submitted with the following source:
official/internal/dotnet-sdk/refs/heads/michaelsimons-pipeline-cleanup-plan
while we search jobs for:
official/internal/dotnet/sdk/refs/heads/michaelsimons-pipeline-cleanup-plan

So another spot where internal project does not work. Added the fix to the PR above
