Could not load file or assembly "Newtonsoft.Json"

Hi Guys, I would ask you if somebody could help us with following problem related to the BenchmarkDotNet tool which we are using in our Benchmark solution written in .NET Core 2.2. In debug we can run it with any issues but after publishing it and trying to run from cmd line using following command "dotnet benchmark Benchmark.Testplayer.Web.dll --filter *" leads to the following exception

The Newtonsoft.Json dll is in the publish folder, here is the file list of the publish folder
