@voroninp ... I performed some additional research on this, and the core problem is just that Blazor WebAssembly apps don't respect the current UI culture. I'm updating the note to state that. There's no need to change the code because the current UI culture setting just no-ops. I also update the title of the PU issue that I opened yesterday. I also added a repro project for them to look at. They're going to take a look at this situation for .NET 10.
