Restructure BWA-OIDC article and samples for correct architectural patterns

Description

Per offline discussion, the "non-BFF" patterns in the articles and sample apps are actually non-YARP/non-Aspire patterns. the samples are shielding the client from dealing directly with access tokens for external web APIs, so they're all BFF patterns.
