@pavelshulga Thanks for this.

Test steps for our benefit:

Create a new customer attribute
Give this attribute a default value
Map the new attribute under Data Mapping > Custom Attributes
Clear cache
Run customer sync
All customers should get the default value in the export
Test setting a value for the new attribute for one customer and re-syncing > value should be exported
