Well this is one mega PR but it fixes several infrastructural problems:

  1. Applications now have their own doppler project, and no longer share environment variables. This allows us to
  • Re-use variable names across apps
  • Prevent leaking variables across apps
  • Logically separate applications entirely
  1. Deploys rpc.staging.online.ntnu.no and brevduen.staging.online.ntnu.no as containers
