This is a test issue created to validate the end-to-end behavior of the updated create-issue Claude Code skill. It exercises: team cache resolution, feature label inference, native type assignment, Technology field mutation, and Type label application.

Safe to delete — created purely for skill validation purposes.

• Team resolved from cache (Team : Enablement)
• Feature label inferred automatically (dotCMS : Build)
• Native GitHub Issue Type set to Task via REST PATCH
• Type : Task label applied
• Technology field set to Platform in Project testing assign #7
