Update the usage dashboard user interface to align with the official dotCMS UI design system and style guidelines. This includes updating colors, typography, spacing, components, and overall visual design to ensure consistency across the platform.

Acceptance Criteria

• Dashboard UI components match dotCMS official design system
• Color scheme and typography are consistent with dotCMS standards
• Spacing and layout follow dotCMS UI guidelines
• All interactive elements use dotCMS standard components
• UI is responsive and works across different screen sizes
• Changes are reviewed and approved by UX/Design team
