Can't switch focus from the secondary window using Tiling Shell shortcuts

Describe the bug
Some apps have secondary windows (.e.g, Extension preferences, "Find and replace" dialog etc. ). With Tiling Shell focus changer shortcuts it's possible to switch to it. But when focus is on this window focus switching basically "stuck" there. I can't use directional or next/prev. focus shortcuts to switch focus elsewhere. So I have to use either Alt+Tab or mouse for that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open at least one normal windows
2. Click on the Tiling Shell indicator and open Extension preferences
3. Set focus changer shortcuts in Tiling Shell preferences and use them to switch focus
4. Eventually focus switching will "stuck" on the Extension preferences window

Aha! Good catch, thank you! I can reproduce the problem and I was able to solve it already. The fix will be available in the next release. I see you are using the development 16.3 release, would you like to pull the latest changes to verify the fix is working for you as well? Thanks!
