Describe the bug
With "Restore window size" setting turned on, a tiled "chrome app" window might restore its size on clicking its header bar.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
- Create a Chrome app window. (*. see below for more info)
- Resize the window to a size different from 1/4 of the screen.
- Drag the window to the screen corner to make it as big as 1/4 of the screen.
- Click on another window.
- Click on the Chrome app window's header bar.
- Check the window size.

(For example)
- open keeps.google.com in Chrome
- click the icon at the right of the address bar to make this web page a chrome app.
- after this, you will be opening the web page as a standalone window, which feels like its a normal application.
PS. the height of the header bar will be shorter than a normal window.
