mysqldump of JSON type columns require a `HISTOGRAM` column in `information_schema.COLUMN_STATISTICS` which Dolt does not provide

The mysqldump tool runs some queries that dolt can't support. Example:

SELECT COLUMN_NAME,
    JSON_EXTRACT(HISTOGRAM, '$."number-of-buckets-specified"')
    FROM information_schema.COLUMN_STATISTICS
    WHERE SCHEMA_NAME = 'template' AND TABLE_NAME = 'assets';
