Update plugin comparison

Hi there, 

Thank you for the [comparison](https://setuptools-git-versioning.readthedocs.io/en/stable/comparison.html) page. Could you please update `setuptools-scm`. According to it's documentation, I see many options which set in comparison tables to `no` are actually `yes`, also additional customization can be done in `setup.py` if needed.
