- Removed Narration

the "left" and "right" key in the characters.json can be changed to anything besides "explain" and "relaxed" and the code should account for it.
- fixed mistake of using body_type as a check for a [FACE] type response - using random [FACE] type response if check is failed instead of static [BODY]
- added info on how to setup a new char using new custom_prompts folder - added info about setting up custom backgrounds
the default characters are now separate from the custom sprites to make importing custom character.json files easier
