This PR drops the work the transformer used to have to do to import the registry decorator and register it on a class with the registry items. this is thanks to the new support in
w()for supporting registry items as the first argument (dojo/framework#112).Although i've managed to retrofit this, the registry transformer has now significantly changed to the point where we could do with rewriting this from scratch as a tech debt item, which I will raise as a separate issue.
