• Update DRR Template and Documentation

  The DRR Template was recently incorporated into QCkit. Update the template to make sure the template and documentation are in accord, update the example data package, re-write variable names to be in consistent snake_case, and consolidate code chunks where appropriate. Re-examine how the DRR will handle redundant column names across files, missing data of various types, and data that are not flagged using the A/AE/R/P system.
