Expected behavior

File system should not report files to have been changed if they haven't.

Actual behavior

Nodemon reports files changing almost constantly, although no files have been touched.
This is at least while using Chokidar's polling method (nodemon -L). This issue is not present in Docker Desktop 2.1.0.5 (40693).
