fixed-cidr-ipv6 is not adequately documented

The page apparently recommends setting fixed-cidr-ipv6 to a specific value to enable IPv6.

The page should be updated to clarify the following:

• Is the network specified just an example or is it a recommended concrete configuration?
• If it is just an example then how should the network be chosen?
  ** e.g. is it a network for docker's private use or can/should it be shared with other purposes?

The 2001:db8:1::/64 is RFC 3849 reserved for documentation and should never be used in actual configuration. The documentation should make this clear and give suggestions on what real value to use, such as a ULA.

I have seen people attempt to copy & paste the configuration from the documents and end up with confusion.
