[Feature Request] getBadges/getEmotes - A way to get all the available badges/emotes

I'm creating a chat application based heavily on Twitch's chat. I want to add emotes and emote parsing. I also want to add an emote menu. However, there's currently no apparent way of getting the available emotes (or badges)
