Bug in split window open the same file

when using split window， and opening the same file in each window ，here is get bug

This might be related to a very annoying issue that drives me crazy:
In split mode, clicking a tab of a side that does not have focus, opens the document on the side that has focus. It is always reproducable.
It clearly should show the document on the side of its tab, and never on the other side!
Please fix this!
