Handle subscribe failed - IndexError: list index out of range + Fatal error on transport

Occasional IndexError: list index out of range error and Fatal error on transport.
Seems that it is the same error as in #155

iSponsorBlockTV server:

• OS: Docker on linux x86_64 Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

iSponsorBlockTV client:

• Device: Fire TV
• OS: Fire OS 8.0

Additional context
Not 100% sure, but this probably happens when watching recorded live streams rather than normal videos.
Debug log with some parts before and after the error is attached
