The ProtocolLib plugin has been stuck during the loading process.

Running in version 1.12.2 of Spigot or Paper will always get stuck during loading.
And this also happens when only the ProtocolLib plugin is loaded.

Please attach raw diagnostics from the hang; a screenshot does not show which thread is blocked.

We need:

• The complete startup log as text.
• Exact server jar/build, Minecraft, Java, and ProtocolLib versions.
• A JVM thread dump captured while startup is stuck (jcmd <pid> Thread.print or equivalent).
• Confirmation that the jar came from an official ProtocolLib release or development build.
• Results with the latest compatible ProtocolLib build on an unmodified Paper or Spigot server.
