Thank you so much for your interests in our work.
The school servers we use to distribute our data are currently down for maintenance due to cooling issues in our server room. I am working on resolving the issue and will get back to you as soon as the servers gets available.

This is the same URL as the one in downloads.sh, and from my side, this link is active at the moment.

If this does not work for you, one possible reason could be a firewall. Could you try it from another device that is not behind a firewall? Maybe trying from your home or using your mobile phone could be options for checking it.
