VB.Net 4.8 desktop application that utilizes the OpenUV API.

Requires:

1. OpenUV API key
2. Elevation settings ((You may also update the Elevation setting manually. In that case, do not enter Elevation keys.) A. Google Elevation API key (Paid Service) B. Elevation-API (Free or Paid Service, depending on resolution you wish to use)
3. User's location (latitude, longitude)
